Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping in our online store! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Read below for more information regarding returns and refunds with COM Fitness. For all order-related queries, please email carolineomahonyfitness@gmai.com.

Returning an unwanted item?

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in all of its original packaging accompanied by receipts or proof of purchase.

*For all returns, we aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the item.
*We do not accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above.

Return responsibly:

All return items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Ensure that products are packaged up properly and don’t get damaged on the way. Ensure that you get proof of postage when sending your return item. The return delivery costs are not covered by COM Fitness.

Received a faulty or incorrect item?

If the item sent to you was incorrect by mistake, we apologize! We will send you the correct product and cover the cost of your return. If the item you received is faulty, please email
carolineomahonyfitness@gmai.com with all relevant information:

• proof of purchase/receipt
• order number
• photographs of the damage or incorrect item

The case will be assessed and we will deal with this on an individual basis. Please allow sufficient time for a response.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. We do not refund for delivery/shipping costs.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on any products that may have been open or have any signs or use for hygiene reasons.
